Complementary colors are the colors that contrast on the cromatic circle: from their opposition and from the contrast of their combination comes the dynamism, but also the completeness of spectrum, because each pair contains all three primary colors.
The collection is inspired by the dialectic of complementarity which becomes completeness, combining the color/emotion of the brushstroke - typical of Vietri's ceramic tradition- with the geometry/rationality of the design, creating an alphabet capable to express a language faithful to the individual subjectivity. The circles, triangles, rhombuses, bring rigor and versatility, the vibrant and irregular brushstroke adds vivacity and dynamism. Each tile type generates four different combinations of colors and shapes that complement each other, like a puzzle in which each piece has a reason to exist only in combination with the others.
